VI launches 2 iPhone Apps

Voetbal International has expanded their very successful digital publishing portfolio with two iPhone Apps that are made by The Saints (in corporation with MoMac).

The Apps provide all the news a Dutch football fan can dream of, it includes the latest news, standings in the Dutch league biut also many international leagues, live scores and video.
Two versions are available a free version and a paid version, with the main difference being that the paid version has more statistics and Live Goal alerts and other important alerts for you favourite clubs.

Live Push Notification build in
The paid for version allows users to choose the teams they want to follow and receive alerts in real time about when the game starts, when cards are given or substitutions are made but most importantly you receive real time goal alerts on your iPhone and when the game ends you receive the final score.

Number 1 App for weeks
Both Apps have been the number 1 downloaded App in the Sports category in The Netherlands. The free version has even been top of the charts for several days. Currently several tens of thousands iPhone owners are using the VI apps on a very regular basis.
